About These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of alfavolt.ae (the “Website”) and to enquiries, quotation requests and other interactions with AlfaVolt Trading (“AlfaVolt”, “we”, “us” or “our”) that refer to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or proceeding with a transaction that incorporates these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you act on behalf of a company, dealer, studio, production company, retailer or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.
AlfaVolt Services and Customer Types
AlfaVolt supplies and supports professional photography, cinematography, audio, video and content-creation equipment and works with professional users, dealers, retailers, studios, production companies, businesses and other customers.
The Website may provide product information, brand information, product guidance, enquiry forms, quotation options, dealer or wholesale communications and website-advisor features.
Certain products or services may be available only to particular customer categories, territories, authorised dealers or business accounts. Additional written terms may apply to dealer, reseller, wholesale, project, tender, brand, service or distribution relationships.
Website Use and Acceptable Use
You may use the Website for lawful personal or business purposes related to evaluating, purchasing, supporting or learning about AlfaVolt products and services.
You must not use the Website in a way that violates applicable law, infringes rights, disrupts the Website or interferes with other users.
We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, business changes or service improvement.
Product Information, Compatibility and Availability
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and guidance. However, manufacturers may update specifications, packaging, accessories, firmware, compatibility or product availability without prior notice. Website images may be illustrative and screen colours or visual appearance may vary.
Customers are responsible for confirming critical requirements before purchase, including camera mount, model compatibility, power requirements, frequency or regional compatibility, accessories, intended professional use, dimensions and any project-specific technical requirements.
AlfaVolt can assist with product guidance, but the final suitability of a product depends on the information supplied by the customer and the manufacturer’s specifications.
Display of a product or brand on the Website does not guarantee current stock or availability. Live stock, lead times and allocation should be confirmed with the AlfaVolt team.
Quotations, Pricing and Fees
Website content, product listings, promotional references and advisor responses do not by themselves constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated.
Formal quotations may be subject to a validity period, stock availability, minimum quantities, customer status, project scope, exchange-rate changes, supplier pricing, taxes, duties, freight, insurance and other stated assumptions.
Unless a quotation or invoice states otherwise, prices are quoted in the applicable currency and may exclude VAT, customs duties, delivery, installation, insurance or other charges.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the quotation and confirming any required tax, delivery and payment details before acceptance.
Orders and Contract Formation
A request for quotation, enquiry, purchase order or other request submitted by a customer is not automatically accepted.
A binding order is formed only when AlfaVolt issues written acceptance, confirms the order, issues an agreed invoice or otherwise clearly accepts the transaction through an authorised channel, subject to any stated conditions.
AlfaVolt may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a pricing or specification error, stock is unavailable, payment is not received, required approvals are missing, the transaction presents a fraud or sanctions concern, the product is restricted, or another legitimate legal or commercial reason applies.
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the agreed transaction terms.
Payment, VAT and Invoicing
Payment methods, payment timing, deposits, credit terms and account conditions will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, dealer arrangement or other written agreement.
Customers must ensure payment references and remittance information are accurate.
Applicable VAT, duties, fees or similar charges will be handled in accordance with UAE law and the transaction documents.
AlfaVolt will provide invoices and transaction documentation required by applicable law and the agreed sales process.
Delivery, Collection, Title and Risk
Delivery or collection dates are estimates unless AlfaVolt expressly agrees in writing that a date is guaranteed.
Timing may depend on stock, supplier lead times, customs, carrier performance, customer readiness, project access and other factors beyond AlfaVolt’s reasonable control.
Delivery charges, delivery location, partial shipments, insurance, transfer of risk and transfer of title will follow the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation or written sales terms.
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and ensure an authorised recipient is available where required.
For business orders involving installation, configuration, project delivery or staged acceptance, additional project terms may apply.
Product Inspection and Reporting Issues
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery or collection and notify AlfaVolt of any visible delivery damage, shortages, incorrect items or other apparent issues as soon as reasonably possible, together with the invoice or order reference and supporting photographs where appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable UAE law.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds depend on the nature of the transaction, product condition, customer type, supplier restrictions, special-order status, software or activation status, hygiene or sealed-product considerations where relevant, and the terms stated in the quotation, invoice or applicable return arrangement.
Do not return products without first contacting AlfaVolt and obtaining return instructions.
Returned items may need to include original packaging, accessories, documentation, serial-number labels and proof of purchase, subject to applicable law and the agreed terms.
Custom-configured, special-order, imported-on-request, opened software/licence products, activated products or goods that cannot reasonably be resold may be subject to additional restrictions to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory UAE consumer rights always take priority over any inconsistent contractual restriction.
Warranty and After-Sales Support
Warranty and after-sales support are provided according to the applicable manufacturer, brand, distributor or AlfaVolt warranty terms communicated for the relevant product.
Warranty coverage may differ by brand, model, region and customer type.
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, product serial number, fault details and other information reasonably necessary to assess a warranty claim.
Warranty generally does not cover conditions excluded by the applicable warranty terms, such as misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, improper installation, incompatible accessories, unauthorised modification or normal wear, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
AlfaVolt may assist customers with warranty procedures and authorised after-sales channels, but repair or replacement timing can depend on parts availability, technical inspection and manufacturer or service-centre processes.
Dealer, Reseller and Wholesale Terms
Dealer, reseller, wholesale, tender, project and distribution transactions may be subject to separate commercial terms covering matters such as pricing tiers, territory, minimum order quantities, marketing obligations, payment terms, stock allocation, channel restrictions, returns, warranties and after-sales responsibilities.
If separate written commercial terms conflict with these Terms, the separately agreed written terms will prevail for that transaction or relationship to the extent of the conflict.
Intellectual Property and Brand Rights
The Website, including its layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, icons, software, databases, design elements and original AlfaVolt content, is owned by or licensed to AlfaVolt and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The AlfaVolt website advisor or similar automated features are provided to help users navigate information and explore equipment options.
Automated responses may be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a specific technical setup. They do not constitute a binding quotation, stock confirmation, warranty commitment or professional engineering advice.
Before relying on compatibility, pricing, availability, technical or warranty information for a purchase or project, confirm the relevant details with the AlfaVolt team or the applicable manufacturer documentation.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, messaging services, maps, manufacturers, delivery services or other external resources.

Indemnity for Unlawful Business Use

Where such an event affects an order, AlfaVolt will take reasonable steps to communicate the impact and resume performance when reasonably possible, subject to the applicable transaction terms and mandatory law.
Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data collected through the Website and related communications is handled in accordance with the AlfaVolt Privacy Policy and applicable UAE law.

AlfaVolt may transfer its rights or obligations in connection with a corporate reorganisation, business transfer or lawful assignment, subject to applicable law and any contractual restrictions.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and non-contractual matters arising from use of the Website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rights that apply.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law requires a different forum or the parties have validly agreed another dispute-resolution mechanism in a separate written contract.
